I know most people don't care about this stuff, and it doesn't apply to a lot of characters, but I've seen people get seriously mad about fourth wall in RP. And I don't want to be the one to put a damper on someone's RP fun time, so here it is.

Gintama often parodies or references pop culture, past and present. It also has a lovely habit of breaking the fourth wall, so I thought I'd give a little info for those interacting with Gintoki.

Gintoki is a huge fan of Jump Weekly, and will probably fanboy over/irritate the Hell out of other characters from Jump. He will most likely also know of characters from other really major anime, comics, and possibly video games, but may or may not choose to acknowledge this. He might talk about reading/watching your canon, or he might just make weird insightful comments. 8D

So if you don't like that kind of thing, just let me know here and I'll work around it.
